Product Details

Our super-fast-acting bromine booster and spa shock swiftly establish sodium bromide levels in your hot tub, reducing chloramines and bromamines.

How to use

NOTE: This product is not a disinfectant. It is used to establish a reserve of bromide in the spa or hot tub water. It is necessary to use a sanitizer to disinfect the water. This product is recommended for use with bromine tablets.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Add 1/2 oz. of product per 100 gallons of spa water to establish a 30 ppm (parts per million) bromide reserve before using bromine tablets for the first time, and whenever the spa is drained and refilled.

When used with bromine tablets, this product will ensure that the disinfection of the spa or hot tub water is completely bromine based and will eliminate chlorine odors.

Not a scientist . . .

Cannot know if this product is working well. I trust that it is. But, wanted to let prospective buyers to know that the container has no usage data. If you go the company's website and look at the pictures provided, the instructions are there: 2 oz per 300 gallons of water.

Great!

This works great for what it does. The tablets are good size and actually surprised me how long they lasted. I put 4 in and they lasted close to two weeks with light hot tub use.

Small bottle but only requires a small amount to Boost Bromine levels.

At first I was surprised by how small the bottle was but it only requires an ounce to boost the Bromine level in my 200 gallon hot tub so it is certainly adequate. It is always a good idea to have non-chlorine shock or Bromine booster on hand, especially during the summer months. I add the booster while the spa is running with bubbles to dissolve it quickly in the water. I am satisfied with the quality of this product for my hot tub!
