Will this heat my pool, or is it spa-only?
It does both. The 27kW is the largest E3T and is the one Raypak recommends when you're heating actual pool volume rather than just a spa. Heat-up time depends on pool size, starting water temp, and ambient conditions, so use Raypak's sizing chart for your gallonage before you commit.

Is this safe for saltwater pools?
Yes. The titanium element and 316L stainless steel housing are specifically built for saltwater environments. That's the whole reason to pay for an E3T over a cheaper electric unit.

Can it heat a pool and a spa at the same time?
No. It's a single-thermostat unit, so it heats one body of water at a time. If you have a pool/spa combo with a shared equipment pad, you'd switch between them on your valve setup.

What flow rate does it need to turn on?
15 GPM minimum. Below that, the flow sensor won't activate the heater, which is by design to protect the elements.

Do I need a special breaker setup?
