Why is my reading saying one thing one minute, and another thing a few minutes later?
Test strip colors will continue changing over time. It's important to follow the 15 second countdown on the Eagle Ray device and follow directions on inserting the strip at the right time. Inserting the strip at a later point will yield different results.
It hasn’t made my spa experience much easier. It’s easy to read with the app that I downloaded. But the chemicals are still hard to keep balanced. I had to get a second unit because the first one had a bad sensor. The feedback from the email is nice being able to ask questions. But it would be nice to have a phone number to be able to talk to a person.
I was previously using test strips to test the water in my hot tub. Matching up the colors to the colors on the bottle was difficult and subjective. Using the digital water testing kit was easy and the results are not subject to judgment. I highly recommend this product!
