Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need both a pH Increaser and Decreaser for my spa or hot tub?
Maintaining the correct pH level is essential for water quality and equipment protection. The pH Increaser raises low pH levels, while the pH Decreaser lowers high pH levels. Together, they help ensure your water stays balanced, preventing issues like scale buildup, corrosion, and irritation to your skin and eyes.

How do I know when to use the pH Increaser or Decreaser?
Use test strips or a water testing kit to measure the pH level of your spa or hot tub water. If the pH is below 7.2, use the pH Increaser. If it is above 7.8, use the pH Decreaser. Always follow the instructions on the product labels for safe and effective use.

Can I use this bundle with other spa or hot tub chemicals?
Yes, the pH Increaser and Decreaser are compatible with most spa and hot tub chemicals. Ensure the pH is balanced before adding other treatments, such as bromine, chlorine, or shock, for optimal water care. Always test the water before and after adjustments to maintain balance.
