We are converting a concrete swimming pond to a pool and this product made it easier to start up the pool. You have to make sure you read the directions, we have a smaller pool and had to swap some of the water after we added a bit too much, but make sure you have a chemical testing kit on hand to get the balance right. Easier than mixing them yourself.
Opening the pool after the winter is quite a chore for me every year. This is my first time using this pool starter kit, and it has saved me a lot of time and scrubbing effort. I have a 12000-gallon pool size, and it couldn't be any easier to use. I just poured it directly into the water around the perimeter as instructed, then run the pump overnight, and let it do the rest. The water seemed to clear up significantly the next day. Also, the good thing about this product is that it doesn't stain the pool wall. I would definitely use it again next year.
